“I wish to express my amazement in the differences that have become apparent in using your product Red Line Compressor 20W Oil in my six year old, Atlas compressor. I should mention that the Atlas compressor is the biggest stand alone compressor available on the market and is used to service a panel beating workshop with over 1 ½ acres of airlines. At times we have had up to 56 workers pulling on the airlines supplies and the compressor has always kept air supply operational, so you can appreciate the work load on our compressor. (It would take 7 ½ mins. from startup to ‘go’ time.)
Our Atlas, being a 2 cylinder, 2 cycle starter, used to be very sluggish to start. As we started it, it would produce deep groaning sounds as it wound over, eventually enough for the second cycle to kick in. When we put Red Line’s Compressor Oil into our Atlas, the first thing we noticed was that the sluggishness reduced considerably and we now have no trouble in starting the compressor every morning. The Atlas winds over beautifully and the groaning sounds no longer make you feel like the compressor might die.
We did expect Winter to provide the usual cold weather problems - cold startups, but to our amazement, winter produced hardly any problem to the Red Line Oil. This was obviously attributed to fact that your synthetic oil has good cold pouring abilities, which I am sure my compressor appreciates. I now tell everyone about the benefits or your oil in my compressor.”
